Features
This series modified sodium silicate is a environment-friendly composite binder,through
the use of the most advanced & high-tech means of chelating modifiers,chelating modified
ordinary sodium silicate to make it to combined the characteristics,and overcomed the
shortcomings of resin sand &ordinary sodium silicate sand.It will be a new high temperature
inorganic binder and used for sand casting,the characteristics as below:
1、This series of binder does not contain free phenol, formaldehyde and its casting
of harmful phosphorus, sulfur, ammonia, nitrogen and other substances;
2、Add less (CO2hardening process was 3.5% ~4.5%, ester hardening process
was 1.8%~2.5%);
3、Sand process with good performance, gas is small, easy collapsibility;
4、Use non-toxic, tasteless, cast does not produce harmful irritant gases, is
conducive to the health of the operator;
5、Old sand will be able to recycle through the current resin sand by dry recycling
equipment, and reuse of old sand up to 90%, in line with environment-friendly,
resource-saving and green casting requirements.
