一、Investment Binder Preparation (Diluted Binder):

1、In summer (room tem perature 20-35℃) : Dilution ratio of Concentrated binder is :
Concentrated binder : pure water= 1 : 18
2、In winter (room temperature 5-20℃) : Dilution ratio of Concentrated binder is:
Concentrated binder : pure water= 1 : 16

Note: A precise concentrated binder / water ratio is imper-ative,casting quality will be
         impaired if the error goes beyond the limit.
        ①、Too high density of binder preparation (dilution) causes rough casting surface,
               longer dehydration time and difficult to divest and deflask.
②、Too low density of binder preparation (dilution) causes cracking casting flask
               inner cavity fissuring casting pieces.
